Ingredients:
Salad:
- 2 large heads broccoli
- 1/2 lb. bacon – fried & crumbled (1 cup) *I used diced pancetta from TJs
- 1 cup cheddar cheese – shredded
- 1 small red onion – sliced thin (1 1/2 cup)
Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
Directions:
- Combine salad ingredients & store in refrigerator
- Combine dressing ingredients
- Before serving, toss salad ingredients with dressing (go easy on the dressing add more as needed)
- Garnish with cooked bacon bits
