Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Banana Bread


  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Canned Coconut Milk
  • 1 Cup Coconut Sugar or Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 Cups White or Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips + more for sprinkling
  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts, chopped


  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Grease loaf pan with coconut oil or line with parchment
  • Mash bananas in large bowl and whisk in pumpkin, eggs, sugar and milk until smooth
  • Whisk in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Scrape batter into prepared ban and smooth the top. Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes
  • Cool then remove from pan and slice.
