Energy Bites


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (I love using sunbutter)
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed (OR for lactation bites – 1/4 cup flaxseed, 1/4 cup brewer’s yeast)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla


Combine all ingredients together in a bowl, roll into 1″ balls and store in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat them!
