- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter (I love using sunbutter)
- 1/2 cup flaxseed (OR for lactation bites – 1/4 cup flaxseed, 1/4 cup brewer’s yeast)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl, roll into 1″ balls and store in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat them!
